Personal Visit for Stock Viewing:

Appointments:

Personal viewings will require a minimum notice of 4 days. This is necessary to enable us to arrange appointment times and to arrange transportation and preparation of the stocks from our warehouse to our business address, for the viewing. We therefore urge you to make a full list of the items you wish to view during your appointment so we may arrange the collection and preparation prior to your arrival.

Appointment Times are available between our Office Hours of Mon-Fri 9am-4pm (GMT)

We do not allow stock viewing unless your potential order is over £1000.00 in value.

Please note: If you wish to take the pearl(s) home a cash payment will be required during appointment. Alternatively, we can reserve the item for 14 days until a bank/wire transfer is made, after confirmation of your payment your order will be shipped to you.

Cancellation of Appointment:

We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation of the appointment.

There will be a fee charged of £30.00 for confirmed appointments; however your fees are refundable if you give us 48 hour notice of cancellation or that you decide to make a purchase during your appointment with us.

Please note: If you decide to cancel your appointment after the 48 hour locked period, we are unable to refund your payment as this covers our administration and transportation for the pearls back to our storage warehouse.
