Why is your physical address not found on site?
We use a Registered PO Box Address as a site address to protect ourselves from Mail Spam and Advertising gimmicks.
Our physical office address is registered to our business should you wish to visit us, simply email us and we shall send you our contact address.

Can we personally visit your company?
We are an internet based company. 90% of our sales are conducted online; however we do have customers visiting us directly from time to time. If your proposed order is over £500.00 we do invite you to view your items. You must first contact us to book an appointment; once this is confirmed we will charge you £30.00 for booking (this is refundable if you decide to make a purchase during your visit with us).
This charge is put into place to protect us from time wasters and those who wish to visit for free psychic readings. We do not operate from a shop or stall so that we can keep our costs, overheads and the prices of our items low.

I wish to make a very large order, but unsure of which items to pick. Can I still come and visit?
You can negotiate with us over the internet and we can finish the deal via emails or you may come to visit us directly and view the items first hand. If your order is large and your budget is not an issue we would advise you to come directly to visit us. If you are arriving from abroad or a fair distance away from Leicester, we can help you arrange your stay at a local hotel for approx. 1-2 days in Leicester.
Leicester is approximately a 90-minute drive from London.
If the administrator of the site is in Indonesia then we are unable to book direct viewings. Please contact us via email before you make any plans, since this opportunity is not always available due to the administrator moving back and forth from UK to Indonesia.
